Sampan Rides

This ticket entitles one person to one Sampan Ride.
A valid ticket is required for all individuals, ie, children and all adults, including all adults accompanying young visitors and/or children.
For the safety and security of young visitors, children below the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (above the age of 18) at all times. The accompanying adult shall be required to purchase a valid entry ticket.
Proof of age may be required before entry is granted.
Children under 85cm in height are not permitted on the sampan.
For safety purposes, pregnant ladies are not allowed to take the ride.
Guests must remain seated for the duration of the ride.
Each ride can take up to six guests per boat; guests may be required to share a boat.
The Ticket holder assumes all risk and liability for any medical conditions associated with taking a Sampan Ride. MBS shall bear no liability for any personal injuries, health problems, or death sustained during a Sampan Ride directly or indirectly resulting from any existing medical condition of the ticket holder.
Entry to Marina Bay Sands Sampan Ride is subject to availability.
Last boat ride for the day will be at 8.50 pm.
All guests must comply with the rules and regulations for the Sampan ride.
The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the Conditions of Entry of Marina Bay Sands and its representatives. Guests who do not abide by the rules may be denied entry to or escorted out of the premises. Whenever a guest is not permitted to enter the premises or is escorted out for any reason stated in these conditions, no refund will be paid in respect of the ticket.

Digital Light Canvas

Only children below the age of 2 may enter without a ticket.
A valid ticket is required for all other individuals, ie. children above the age of 2 and all adults, including all adults accompanying young visitors and/or children (whether above or below the age of 2).
For the safety and security of young visitors, children below the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (above the age of 18).
The accompanying adult shall be required to purchase a valid ticket for entry.
Proof of age may be required before entry is granted.

TeamLab Future World

Tickets will only be issued upon receipt of full payment.
Adult tickets are valid for 13 to 59 years old
Concession tickets are valid for Senior Citizens above 60 years old, students, children aged 2-12 years old, Person with Disabilities (PWD), and NSF
There are strictly NO refunds or exchanges on tickets after payment has been made.
Off peak / Peak period refers to visits from Mondays to Sundays, it does not represent the purchase date by Travel Agents.
Off peak period refers to visits from Mondays to Thursdays excluding Singapore Public Holidays, it does not represent the purchase date by Travel Agents.
Peak refers to visits on Fridays to Sundays, Singapore Public Holidays, it does not represent the purchase date by Travel Agents.

Tickets are subject to change & availability at the time of booking.
Minimum purchase of 20 tickets for Travel Agent Single Dated Tickets is required for advance payment. Should it fall below the minimum, you may make payment via Cash/Credit Card directly at the Museum Box Office.
Tickets for all other exhibitions except regular Future World are valid during their respective exhibition periods. Tickets for regular Future World are valid for 6 months based on the month (E.g.: Tickets purchased in any date in the month of Jan 2025, will have a validity as 1 Jan – 30 Jun 2025), the date will be based on the 1st to last day of the month.
Please note that tickets for the partial reopening of Future World are valid until end July 2025, or upon full reopening of Future World, whichever earlier.
